About Automated Savings

Automated Savings monitors spend, contracts, and supplier activity for leakage, prioritizes what to act on, and helps teams capture savings with evidence a CFO can audit.

Why we built it

Most procurement tools still leave teams stitching together inboxes, spreadsheets, contracts, and supplier notes — usually after the cost has already moved. Private equity operators have it worse: the same categories, and often the same suppliers, sit inside several portfolio companies with no single view across them.

Automated Savings takes a different approach. Every opportunity is calculated by aggregating your actual transaction data, and every savings figure carries a confidence range, a source link, and a stated methodology.

We call it deterministic cost control — agents handle classification, categorization, and pattern detection; the math handles the money. No black boxes, no invented numbers, just savings you can take to a board meeting.

What we hold to

Precision over prediction

Savings are computed from your transactions with SQL, not guessed by a model. Every number traces back to a verifiable source.

Speed to insight

Teams should not wait a quarter for an answer. First findings land within hours of connecting your data, ranked and evidenced.

Trust by default

Schema isolation, row-level security, and audit trails are built into every layer — not sold as an add-on.

Built by practitioners

Designed by people who have run procurement at scale. Every feature solves a workflow problem someone actually has.

Who we are

Automated Savings is built by procurement practitioners, data engineers, and AI researchers who think enterprise software should be honest about what it knows and what it does not. Based in North America, serving operating teams and the companies they own.
